Over-rated
I read this article once asking jazz critics to say what musicians they thought were over-rated. After reading it, I decided I knew who was over-rated: jazz critics.
OT question: about academics: "The worship of work, the belief in human depravity and the glorification of suffering." That is a quotation from a comment by you on an earlier post.

I am curious as to what you may mean by this. It is possible that it explains a lot.
